Every machine we sell is genuine, unmodified and supported locally. Here is what that means in practice.
Machines purchased from us are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, starting from the invoice date. A written warranty certificate with the machine’s serial number is issued with every tax invoice. Consumable and wear parts (heating elements, wedges, welding shoes, nozzles, carbon brushes, rollers) are excluded, as is damage from misuse, incorrect power supply or unauthorized repair. Full terms are stated on the certificate supplied with your machine.
Contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice number, serial number and photos or video of the issue. Confirmed manufacturing defects are repaired or the defective part replaced free of charge, with replacement parts supplied through the manufacturer. We handle the process locally — you deal with us in Dubai, not with a factory overseas.
